Cherie Lee "Queenie" Putlovis, age 59, passed away on September 8, 2019 at her home in Coketon, WV, after her courageous battle with cancer.
She was born November 2, 1959 in Riverview, Michigan to the late Roy Carlton Arnold and Margaret Catherine Carroll Arnold.
Cherie leaves behind her beloved husband, Steve George Putlovis; Her three children, Roy James Arbogast and wife Jennifer Stokes Arbogast; George Clinton Arbogast and partner Samantha Jean Kerns; and Roberta Lee Fravel and Husband Andrew Blake Fravel; and her five grandchildren, Stefanie Ann Arbogast; Christopher Roy Arbogast; Zander James Arbogast; Connor Blake Fravel; and Aria Noelle Fravel.
She is also survived by her two brothers, Roy Joseph Arnold and wife Teresa; John Glenn Arnold and wife Lina; and two sisters, Mary Agnes "Bonnie" Arnold- Mullenax; and Peggy Jean "Jeannie" Arnold.
She also has many nieces and nephews.
Cherie loved raising her chickens and birds. She had an eye for antiques and the ability to pick up any instrument and learn how to play. The little things in life meant the most to her. The outdoors was her sanctuary and she loved to garden. Above all else she loved her family and friends deeply.
At the request of Mrs. Putlovis, her services and interment will be private. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences may be made to the family at www.hinklefennerfuneralhome.com
